1.  How does uneetee.com works?
Every Monday, one new Featured Artist and one newly designed shirt will be on Pre-Sale for $15 for 7 days Monday-Sunday.

3.  What type of blank shirt you print on?
We only use highest quality 100% ring spun cotton t-shirts, that's it!  It is the awesomest, coolest, most comfortable shirt you will ever wear.

4.  When do you update your $20 Insaneetee Deal?
Everyday.  Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact time but we promise that we'll update the Deal everyday.

5.  What is a "Mystery Shirt" and what's in it?
The Mystery Shirt is basically an unknown shirt. You will have no clue what kind of shirt you will get! It could be an awesome shirt, a badly designed shirt that you won't like - but you will get a shirt.

6.  How often does your Mystery Shirt come out?
Randomly, so stay tuned and it's only on sale for One Day! If you want to be notified, simply register an account with us so we can notify you when it becomes availalbe.

7. When do I get to wear them?
We ship out our orders from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks this is because all our items are made to order. All U.S. orders estimated delivery time ranges 2-4 weeks or sooner (excluding Holidays). All International orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks of delivery or sooner.

9.  Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.  You ask why?  This is because we make your shirt specially for you once you place your order, in other words all items are "Made to Order".  So make sure you pick the right size for your shirt.  Click here for our sizing chart.

10.  How much is shipping?
Please use our real time quote during checkout.

11.  Why it takes long to process my order?
Good question.  This is because all items are made to order after you place the order and we receive the payment.  See next question below for our estimate processing and delivery times.

12. What is the delivery time for U.S. and Canada orders?

• First Class Mail:
  • Processing/Handling Time: 1-2 weeks (all items are made to order)
  • Transit Time:  3-7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time Including Processing/Handling:  2-4 weeks or sooner.

• Priority Mail:
  • Processing/Handling Time: 1-2 weeks (all items are made to order)
  • Transit Time:  2-3 business days
  • Total Delivery Time Including Processing/Handling:  2-3 weeks or sooner.

• Sorry but we currently do not offer "Expedite Delivery".

13.  What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

14.  Can I buy them wholesale?
Yes! You can now shop in our online store with a wholesale pricing.  Please feel free to contact us to create a wholesale account.  

15.  Do you accept International orders and how much is shipping?
Yes, we do. If your country is listed during checkout process, then we ship to your country. For shipping cost, use our "Calculate Shipping" in your shopping cart to see the cost of shipping to your country.  Please allow 3-4 weeks or sooner for the items to arrive to their destination. Items will only be shipped using USPS (United States International Mail Postal Service) as the shipping method.
Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We (uneetee.com) are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

17.  Do you have a Catalog?
No. The continue added selection of designs, and deletions of designs at uneetee.com, makes it too difficult to produce and maintain a traditional print catalog. The advanced technology of the Internet allows you to view updated selections of t-shirts at any time.

18.  How do I wash my Shirt?
Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry low and use a warm iron on the reverse side of the Print if necessary. Best way is to follow the garments instruction.
