Tshirt Design Contest Guidelines

How many will win the Weekly Grand Prize and how much?
One Artist will win the $500 Cash. It will be announced every Monday and will be on pre-sale for $12.

How do you select the winner?
Based on these 3 criterias:

1.) Design quality
2.) Quantity of votes
3.) Comments

How long is the Voting Process?
Each design posted has a life span of 30 days for people to vote.

How long will my design be entered in the Design Competition?
90 days. Once 90 days have passed, Artists may submit their design elsewhere.

What happens once I uploaded my design?
All designs submitted are previewed by our In-House Artists at Uneetee.com. A pre-screening is done to pick out the design that qualifies for posting into the Voting Page. Uneetee.com will notify the artist whether or not is approved for voting.

How many days will I be notified if my design is approve or not?
Please allow 2-7 business for our Design Team to review the design.

Can I use someone else’s work and submit it for voting?
No you cannot. Uneetee does not tolerate plagiarism. If you use somebody's work and we printed them, Uneetee.com will not be liable for copyright infringement. The Artist will be held responsible for every artwork they submit to Uneetee.com. If you feel that an Artist violates someone else's work please do not post your concern in our comment page rather notify us here.

How many designs can I submit?
There is no limit as to how many designs you can submit. This only increase any participants chance to win the Weekly Design Contest

What kind of design is Uneetee looking for?
The artist has the freedom to design anything under the sun as long as it's their original artwork, never been published and does not contain profanity, trademarks, logos and copyrighted works or intellectual property of any 3rd parties.

Do I keep ownership of my design if it is selected for sale? (THIS IS SO IMPORTANT SO PLEASE READ)
Uneetee.com gets exclusive rights to the design if chosen for selling and printing on clothing. Uneetee also has the right to the design itself for use on the Uneetee.com website, to sell it on our Catalog Page and on any Uneetee.com promotional materials.
The artist keeps the ownership of the submitted design and may display or archive his/her own design in a portfolio or personal collection but the artist may not sell or reproduce the design for commercial purposes once it is chosen for production under Uneetee.com

Can I promote my design?
Definitely! Promote as much as you can. The more promotion you do the higher your chances to be voted #1 and win the grand prize.

Are you an Artist receiving commission from Uneetee's old agreement?
If yes, please contact us how to retrieve your account.

Most important question of all, when will I get paid?
We will send payment to our Winning Artists on the day we feature the design to the Payment Shipping Address that was provided to us either by Check or Paypal. We prefer Paypal as we can send the money fast. If you prefer check, this may cause delays so we suggest open a Paypal account.
